What the game records

Playtest telemetry, on by default, exists to see whether the game is fun and easy to pick up — not to identify anyone. It is a local log of gameplay events: rounds and holes starting and completing, throws (disc, power, grip, where it landed), pauses, overlay skips, practice range visits and Daily Challenge attempts. No name, email, device ID, advertising ID or location is ever recorded.

Where it stays

On your device only, in one file (telemetry.jsonl) next to your save. It is never sent anywhere automatically — the game has no server to send it to. The only way it leaves your device is if you choose Settings → Export Playtest Data and hand the file to a developer yourself, for example to help with a bug report.

Turning it off

Settings → Privacy → Playtest Telemetry. Turning it off stops new events from being recorded; it does not delete what's already on disk — delete telemetry.jsonl yourself if you want that gone too (see Support for where it lives on your platform).

Accounts, ads and analytics

There are no user accounts, no ads, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs anywhere in the game. This website carries no analytics or tracking of its own either — no cookies, no visitor IDs, nothing set on your browser.
